We are currently in search of an Onsite Graphic Packaging Development Manager to become a vital part of our team on an initial one-year contract.
In this position, you will offer daily support to the Client marketing teams in the development of all packaging, while collaborating closely with our Creative Teams, Operations, and Studio.
You will need to demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively within teams, as well as exhibit the independence and resourcefulness required in a fast-paced and highly dynamic client and agency setting. As an effective communicator, you will facilitate communication with all stakeholders efficiently and effectively.
This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a packaging/print project management professional to step into an autonomous position working with a well-known client, within a business that is entering an exciting growth phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the marketing teams in translating projects into relevant Packaging Briefings.
- Coordinate the production of artwork with onsite teams and external partners.
- Review and approve artwork files to ensure compliance with Design Guidelines and Packaging Briefings.
- Guarantee quality delivery and graphic consistency across packaging ranges.
- Provide the client with clear visibility on timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure client satisfaction regarding our service quality and responsiveness.
- Effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Actively engage in continuous process improvement to support Digital Transformation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of design/pre-press agency experience in project management or a similar role on the client side.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, managing agency relationships, and overseeing packaging artwork projects from brief development to print execution.
- A collaborative, positive, and solutions-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving skills. Agile and independent, with a desire to take initiative on projects and pursue personal growth.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality, with the ability to evaluate and approve artwork files for accuracy.
- Business professional fluent in German and English (both orally and in writing).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with various project management tools. Knowledge of Adobe Suite is highly advantageous.
Contract Type: Full-time, initial one-year contract
