Your Role
  • Building Strategic Partnerships: Foster and sustain robust, strategic connections with essential stakeholders at client organizations to comprehend their business objectives and ensure that rapitag's solutions are in alignment with their goals.
  • Onboarding and Training: Spearhead the onboarding journey for new clients, delivering comprehensive training sessions to guarantee a smooth integration and successful utilization of rapitag's technology.
  • Data Insights and Analysis: Leverage customer usage analytics to discern trends, evaluate key performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to both clients and internal teams. Proactively suggest enhancements to improve the customer experience.
  • Customer Representation: Serve as the advocate for the customer within rapitag, representing their interests and collaborating with internal teams to prioritize and resolve customer inquiries or feature requests.
  • Renewal Oversight: Collaborate closely with the sales department to oversee customer renewals and expansions. Ensure timely communication with clients regarding contract renewals, upsell opportunities, and additional services.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address customer challenges or concerns, working in tandem with technical support and product teams to deliver prompt and effective solutions.
Your Qualifications
  • Proficiency in German and English: Strong command of both languages, with the capability to communicate effectively and cultivate relationships with clients in a bilingual setting.
  • Experience in Customer Success: Ideally, some experience in a customer success or account management capacity, preferably within the technology or SaaS sector.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to convey complex concepts clearly and succinctly.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical capabilities, with the proficiency to interpret customer data and derive meaningful insights to guide decision-making.
  • Flexibility: Capacity to excel in a fast-paced and evolving environment, adjusting to shifting priorities and customer requirements.
  • Collaborative Team Player: A cooperative spirit with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams to ensure customer success.
  • Knowledge of Retail Technology (Optional): Familiarity with retail technology concepts and solutions is advantageous, but not essential. A genuine interest in learning and understanding these concepts is crucial.
