Payroll Accountant

FIRENHOFF HR CONSULTING is seeking a skilled Payroll Accountant to join our team in a regional service company in the Filderstadt area.

• Prepare and process monthly payroll for employees in a timely manner
• Manage all payroll-related matters for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Provide expert advice on tax and social insurance matters, ensuring clients are in compliance with regulations
• Assist in optimizing payroll processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Support audits by authorities, ensuring seamless compliance and resolution
• Generate reports and process documentation, maintaining accurate records

• Completed commercial training with a focus on accounting and finance
• Strong knowledge of payroll accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Datev software, with experience in payroll processing
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
