Localization Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Localization Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Testronic. As a key member of our Localization Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our games by identifying and correcting translation errors, spelling mistakes, and ambiguities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough testing of games to identify any translation errors, spelling mistakes, or ambiguities.
  • Collaborate with our development team to ensure that the game's tone, style, audio, text, and cultural correctness meet our high standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed reports in Jira to track and resolve issues.
  • Work on a range of testing platforms, including PC, mobile devices, VR, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox consoles.
Requirements:
  • Fluent German language skills (C2 level minimum).
  • Excellent English language skills (C1 level minimum).
  • Strong technical and MS Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Passionate about gaming and curious about new titles.
  • Experience in game testing, translation, or linguistic game testing is a plus.
