Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung übernehmen und Projektansätze entwickeln: Als Senior Engagement Manager (w/m/d) entwickelst du innovative Lösungen und leitest Kundenprojekte, führst und motivierst dein Projektteam aus Berater:innen und bist zentrales Bindeglied zu Kunden sowie unseren Partnern aus der Ipsos Marktforschung.
  • Kreativ strukturieren und strukturiert kreativ sein: Du entwirfst und entwickelst kooperativ mit Kunden, Team und Partnern Beratungs- und Projektansätze, Frameworks und Templates.
  • Moderieren und lenken: Du planst, entwickelst und leitest eigenständig globale Kundenpräsentationen und Strategie- und Innovations-Workshops mit funktionsübergreifenden Kundenteams, sowohl live als auch virtuell.
  • Kommunizieren & vernetzen: Du bist nicht nur in Projekten erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere globalen Kunden, sondern auch zentral dafür mitverantwortlich, unsere eigene Marke Strategy3 aufzubauen und für uns Netzwerke zu schaffen – sowohl im Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen als auch intern mit unseren Partnern aus der Marktforschung.
  • Weiterdenken und -handeln: Wir sind ein "Start-up"-Team und kennen kein Business as Usual - Du bist proaktiv im Vorschlagen, Antizipieren und Planen zentraler Projekt- und Geschäftsentwicklungsmeilensteine für Strategy3.
  • Analysieren & extrapolieren: Quantitative und qualitative Marktforschungsergebnisse auswerten und in das strategisch relevante "So What" überführen.
  • Neugierig bleiben: Du beschäftigst dich proaktiv mit Literatur, Trends, und Thought Leadership aus den Bereichen Markt- und Markenstrategie, kundenzentrisches Denken, Foresight und Innovation und hast am besten auch selbst schon zu diesen Themen geschrieben oder auf Veranstaltungen gesprochen.

Dein Profil

  • Erwiesene Führungsstärke, vertikal und lateral – Du verstehst es, sowohl inhaltlich zu leiten als auch persönlich zu inspirieren und motivieren.
  • Präsentationsstärke, Team- und Kundenführungserfahrung und Vertrautheit mit der Kundenkommunikation auf Führungsebene, auf Englisch und Deutsch.
  • Ein überzeugender Track Record mit fünf bis sieben Jahren Berufserfahrung aus Unternehmensberatung, Markenstrategie, Marketing, Innovation und Foresight (am besten sowohl in Deutschland als auch international gesammelt).
  • Starke Projektmanagement Skills sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig unter Kontrolle zu halten.
  • Starker Geschäftssinn und die Bereitschaft, den Status quo zu hinterfragen.
  • Leidenschaft für Marken (aus allen Lebens- und Geschäftsbereichen), Marketing und Innovation.
  • Growth Mindset und echte Wertschätzung und Respekt für Funktionen und Expertise ganz außerhalb deiner eigenen.
