About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solar EPC Project Manager to join our dynamic project team in Wesel, Germany.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing photovoltaic projects across Germany, from the bidding phase to construction supervision and final handover.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the management of both grid-connected and off-grid ground-mounted and floating photovoltaic systems.
  • Overseeing projects to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinating project teams, including project engineers, site managers, and procurement specialists.
  • Collaborating with national and international suppliers, customers, and partners to solve problems and ensure project success.
  • Preparing and managing tenders for suppliers, analyzing offers, and delivering presentations.
  • Working closely with the asset management team to oversee plant management and reporting.
  • Implementing efficient project management and administrative processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in a technical field or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German is essential; knowledge of English is a strong advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, specifically in ground-mounted photovoltaic projects.
  • Willingness to travel across Germany as required.
  • Solid skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Project); knowledge of CAD, PVSyst, or other project design software is a plus.
