About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Analyst to join our team at Eaton Corporation. As a Tax Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our global business operations by providing expert tax advice and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of tax strategies and policies to ensure compliance with local and international tax laws.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate tax risks, and to develop effective tax planning strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on transfer pricing, tax audits, and tax litigation, and support the team in responding to tax authority inquiries.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to support tax planning and compliance efforts.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support tax planning and forecasting.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business.
  • 5-7 years of experience in transfer pricing or international tax, gained from either a similar position in industry or in a consulting environment.
  • Fluency in English is necessary, and fluency in German is an advantage.
  • Proficient in the use of standard software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
