Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Chief Operating Officer. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all business operations, people, and ventures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the main directions of the company's activity, including packaging and logistics
  • Oversee Human Resources issues, including task setting, control, and search
  • Ensure efficient paperwork and communication with the Head of Production & the office
  • Communicate with our suppliers and Steuerbüro
  • Control the warehouse and ensure smooth operations
Requirements
  • Fluent English and German is mandatory (at least B1)
  • Knowledge of Russian is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory work experience
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • High communication and soft skills
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Experience in the food industry is an advantage
  • Familiarity with SAP SE or Odoo is a plus
