We are on the lookout for a Senior/Lead Technical Product Manager to become a vital part of our Supply domain within the Integrations team. This position entails the onboarding of carriers to our platform, enhancing features, and spearheading innovation and automation initiatives. Your key responsibilities will encompass identifying new carrier opportunities, making strategic decisions, refining processes, and mentoring junior team members. If you possess a robust background in Product Management along with technical expertise, we would like to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance product features to seize new opportunities.
- Automate and improve existing inventory management.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new carriers.
- Lead strategic decision-making and guide the team.
- Refine processes and cultivate relationships with stakeholders.
- Effectively prioritize the product roadmap and mentor junior staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management.
- Technical proficiency with API and data products.
- Capability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing complex products.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is advantageous.
- Leadership experience and knowledge of the transportation sector are preferred.
