We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Solutions Consultant to join our SAP team at BCG Platinion. As a Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to deliver strategic SAP S/4 HANA projects, leveraging your expertise in ERP systems and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead clients through the entire SAP S/4 HANA project lifecycle, from requirements analysis to implementation, testing, training, and rollout.
- Design and implement tailored SAP S/4 HANA solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients' businesses, focusing on finance, controlling, procurement, logistics, sales, HR, and other areas.
- Introduce best practices in evaluating, specifying, and implementing client requirements, with a focus on reducing one-time and maintenance efforts.
- Take ownership of specific areas within client projects, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Manage client requirements in SAP S/4 HANA projects, including structuring and conducting workshops with business process owners.
- Oversee the customization of SAP S/4 HANA solutions, including prototyping and steering.
- Support the acquisition of ERP/SAP large projects by bringing in technical expertise.
- Contribute to the development of SAP-related topics, particularly with a focus on S/4 HANA, through participation in conferences, creation of training materials, and authoring of articles.
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in strategic SAP/ERP projects.
- Expertise in typical end-to-end processes relevant to ERP contexts (Purchase-2-Pay, Order-2-Cash, Lead-2-Quote, Record-2-Report, Hire-2-Retire, etc.) and their implementation in SAP S/4 HANA.
- Knowledge of specific SAP industry solutions (e.g., IS-U, IS-H, IS-M, etc.), SAP add-on solutions (e.g., APO/IBP, Treasury/BCM, FSCM, Transportation Management, BPC/SEM, etc.), and analytical SAP tools (e.g., SAP BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Digital Boardroom, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills.
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as intellectual flexibility.
