Senior Field Applications Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Applications Engineer to join our dynamic team at OmniVision. As a key member of our European market team, you will be responsible for delivering technical expertise and support to our customers in the automotive and security industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and tuning workshops to customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the sales team to assess the potential application of OmniVision products and develop high-level product specifications for customer solutions.
- Offer follow-up support to the sales team and customers by sharing technical information on specific applications.
- Provide in-depth customer support during project development phases.
- Verify product specifications to ensure optimal functionality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products.
- Participate in projects from initiation through delivery, contributing to planning and schedules.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; Master's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to make technical presentations to customers at all levels.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset, adept at fostering cooperation and synergy within cross-functional teams.
- Minimum five years of experience working in field applications or applications engineering in the semiconductor industry or similar application areas.
- Strong knowledge of and interest in imaging technology, automotive camera architectures, and system knowledge.
