Total Rewards & Performance Lead (m/f/d)

This pivotal role is responsible for evaluating and optimizing compensation and benefits programs to ensure alignment with broader business objectives. The position covers the Rewards function across Germany and Western Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement compensation strategies across borders.

Support HR Business Partners with tasks such as job evaluations, bonus calculations, and benefits management.

Lead the regional Compensation & Benefits network, ensuring competitive and fair employee rewards.

Ensure adherence to internal policies and industry standards.

Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support financial forecasting and cost planning.

Partner with the Europe Commercial Excellence team to standardize sales incentives.

Manage reward projects and communicate employee benefits.

Perform in-depth reward analyses and contribute to external salary and benefits surveys.

Experience:

Extensive experience in Reward and Performance roles.

Works council experience is beneficial.

Proven experience working in multinational and multicultural environments.

Skills:

Strong ability to balance strategic and operational tasks in a dynamic environment.

Capable of working across borders and within diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.

Proficiency in Excel; experience with Workday is a plus.

Language:

Fluent in English and German is a must-have, other languages a plus.
