Als Rooms Controller bist du der Schlüssel zum Erfolg unseres Hotels. Du bist verantwortlich für die optimale Auslastung unserer Zimmer und musst die Balance zwischen Operationen und Organisation finden. Du bist der Star der Rooms-Manege und musst die Bedürfnisse unserer Gäste erfüllen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Die Zimmerverwaltung und -organisation sicherzustellen
  • Die Auslastung der Zimmer zu optimieren
  • Die Kommunikation mit den Abteilungen Front Office, Convention Sales und Revenue Management sicherzustellen
  • Die Zahlen und Daten zu analysieren und zu interpretieren
  • Die Gästebedürfnisse zu erfüllen und die Gästesatisfaction zu erhöhen
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene (Hotel-)Ausbildung und Erfahrung im Revenue, der Reservierung oder am Front Office
  • Kenntnisse in MARSHA und OPERA
  • Offenes, freundliches Wesen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Analytisches Denken und Affinität für Zahlen
  • Perfektes Deutsch und Englisch
