Position: Senior Software Engineering Specialist - Avioniksysteme

Aufgaben:

  • Übernahme einer fachlichen Senior-Expertenrolle in einem interdisziplinären Team für Softwareentwicklung und Wartung von Hubschrauber-Avioniksystemen.
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten unter Anwendung modernster Methoden und Werkzeuge.
  • Technische Planung und Aufwandsschätzung für Softwareentwicklungsanteile sowie die dazugehörige Dokumentation.
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Software-Entwicklungsprozessen.
  • Definition und Überprüfung von Software-Anforderungen.
  • Entwicklung von Software-Architekturen und Designs.
  • Mentoring und Wissensvermittlung an Teammitglieder.
  • Durchführung von Software-Verifikationen.
  • Technische Unterstützung im Vertrieb während der Angebotsphase.
  • Einhalten der relevanten Normen und Standards, insbesondere MIL-STD-2167A und DO-178C.
  • Selbstständige Umsetzung von Softwareprojekten in Bezug auf Zeit, Kosten und Qualität.

Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Embedded Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise im Bereich Avioniksysteme.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Software-Entwicklungswerkzeugen.
  • Vertrautheit mit Software-Entwicklungsstandards, insbesondere DO-178B/C.
  • Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen wie C, Java, Ada oder Python.
  • Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und in der Durchführung von Risikoanalysen.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit.
  • Fähigkeit zur aktiven Kommunikation und zum Austausch von Informationen.
