Your Responsibilities:
As a Lead Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and managing international and interdisciplinary development projects in the field of advanced surgical visualization systems.
• Evaluating and assessing the feasibility of customer requirements and product management specifications.
• Independently leading complex projects, ensuring they are meticulously planned, adequately resourced, and effectively communicated to minimize risks while adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
• Creating and maintaining product documentation in accordance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating closely with technology development, production, sales, regulatory affairs, and quality management teams.

Your Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:

• A degree in business, engineering, or a related scientific field, or equivalent qualifications.
• Several years of relevant experience in project management (minimum of 3 years).
• Certification in project management (e.g., IPMA/PMI) is advantageous.
• Proficiency in German and English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong process and method expertise, along with knowledge in cost estimation.
• Excellent communication skills, conceptual and analytical thinking, and strong organizational abilities.
