Marketing Campaigns Coordinator

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Marketing Campaigns Coordinator at Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG.

  • Participate in the organization and execution of international marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate the entire creative process from briefing to launch in Lidl countries, leveraging expertise in project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as creative agencies, to drive innovative marketing solutions and optimize campaign results.
  • Assist in monitoring costs, milestones, and goal achievement, providing data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Currently studying in the field of Communication, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong foundation in marketing principles and practices.
  • Project management experience is a significant asset, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently, with excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent German and English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different regions.
