**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Psychiatrist to join our team at TIME4CHANGE. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Psychiatry department and providing a wide range of psychiatric treatments.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Lead a team of psychiatrists and mental health professionals in providing high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with addiction disorders, depression, and personality disorders
• Collaborate with therapists and other departments within the hospital to ensure seamless care coordination
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in psychiatry to inform treatment decisions
• Contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

**Requirements**

• Board-certified Psychiatrist with a strong track record of leadership and clinical expertise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
