We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at the Berufsbildungszentrum Kreis Kleve e.V. - Theodor-Brauer-Haus. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our school cafeteria in Rindern Kleve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve meals in a large-scale kitchen environment
  • Organize and manage daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient and safe food preparation
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety standards and regulations
  • Mentor and supervise apprentices and support staff to develop their culinary skills
  • Assist with theoretical questions and provide guidance on food preparation and presentation
  • Document learning progress and provide feedback to staff
  • Support our catering services and contribute to the development of new menu ideas

Requirements:

Relevant certification as a Kitchen SupervisorExperience working in a large kitchen environmentTraining experience and ability to mentor and supervise staffStrong motivation for cooking and a passion for delivering high-quality mealsExcellent teamwork and communication skillsReliability, flexibility, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
