We are seeking a Shipping Coordinator with Leadership Responsibilities (m/f/d) to oversee our logistics operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the efficient and precise processing of customer orders within the logistics framework.
  • Oversee the shipping department staff and enhance the utilization of pallets, forklifts, and hibe equipment.
  • Ensure the operational readiness of the forklift fleet and battery management systems.
  • Exemplify best practices in environmental and workplace safety.
  • Support the achievement of corporate objectives and ensure that performance metrics are consistently met.
  • Assist shipping personnel with loading tasks as necessary and engage in routine maintenance activities.
Your Required Qualifications:
  • Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics, freight forwarding, or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven leadership experience and a solid understanding of production and logistics workflows.
  • Background in logistics, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with cargo securing standards and regulations.
  • Valid forklift operator certification.
  • Ability to work independently with a focus on results.
