Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Sales Associate proficient in Turkish and English for a prestigious client in the technology sector. This role is based in a flagship retail location and offers flexible part-time working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Promoting and selling advanced technology products such as smartphones, tablets, and wearables.
- Providing expert advice to customers across all product categories.
- Collaborating with team members in After Sales, Repair, Stock Management, and Cash Handling.
- Engaging with both local and international clientele to foster a loyal customer base.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally within a retail environment focused on consultation.
- Strong interest in technology, mobile communications, and consumer electronics.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for sharing knowledge.
- Fluency in Turkish, German, and English is essential.
