We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kabelmonteur Elektrotechnik to join our team at Süwag. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Perform medium-complexity tasks for the maintenance and installation of medium-voltage, low-voltage, and street lighting systems.
- Deliver services in the field of network services.
- Support testing and selection of materials (proof mounting).
- Manage and organize all work and mounting activities of medium complexity.
- Collaborate in the development of mounting procedures.
- Participate in fault analysis (material errors, mounting errors, etc.).
- Perform all authorized work in accordance with AR - Work under Voltage (AuS).
- Switch in accordance with switching instructions (medium and low voltage) and notify customers of planned power outages.
- Take on the role of plant and/or work responsible in the context of commissioning.
- Train and supervise external construction sites (e.g. excavation work).
- Prepare simple surveys and simple measurements.
- Perform documentation and data maintenance.
- Evaluate the condition of street lighting, medium-voltage, and low-voltage systems during inspections, maintenance, and fault situations.
- Manage specialized projects.
- Provide professional and personal support to apprentices and installers in training.
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of assigned measuring instruments, tools, and vehicles.
- Inspect work equipment and technical facilities (e.g. ladders, electrical equipment DGUV A3, PSAgA, and tools).
- Accept work assignments.
- Completed training in an electrical trade.
- Several years of experience in an energy services company.
- Universal applicability for performing tasks in the supply sectors of electricity.
- Good pedagogical knowledge, particularly of knowledge transfer to apprentices and service team installers in training, planners, construction coordinators, network economy employees, and system service providers.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards, as well as their application and Süwag's internal regulations.
- Computer skills.
- Specialized qualification (e.g. expertise, special training).
- Class CE driving license.
- Availability for standby duty.
- Willingness to work flexible hours within the framework of company regulations.
- Well-developed team skills and customer-oriented behavior.
- Willingness for continuous and independent further education.

What You'll Experience- You will perform all mounting work in the low- and medium-voltage network, as well as on street lighting systems.
- You will install and replace cable connections, cable connections, and other electrical equipment.
- You will ensure that all safety-relevant regulations are observed on construction sites, particularly environmental protection and occupational safety.
- You have completed an electrical trade training or have a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you have experience in building and commissioning low-voltage systems, erecting medium- and low-voltage systems, transformers, cable systems, emergency power generators, and protective technology.
- You are skilled with your hands, enjoy working in a team, and are meticulous and precise in your work.
- You hold a Class B driving license (ideally Class BE).
