Area Marketing Manager, Benelux

Job Summary:

Minitab is seeking a skilled Area Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and customer engagement in the Benelux region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing programs that support our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute local marketing plans that address market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  • Shape and implement powerful client acquisition initiatives, including lead generation, thought leadership, webinars, go-to-market campaigns, events, and awards to deliver strong revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage existing content, campaigns, and resources.
  • Develop and maintain a social media presence to effectively engage target audiences and support overall PR and brand strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of marketing, communication, or public relations experience, with global awareness.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and essential communications tools.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and site traffic analysis tools.
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment across teams.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating within a team.
  • Comfortable working in a multi-lingual and multi-cultural environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B2B, technical product, and/or software marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market.
  • Ability to acquire data from multiple and diverse sources when problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
