Key Responsibilities:
- Support Motorsport initiatives in customer sports.
- Oversee quantity and scheduling of materials within the Motorsport operational framework, emphasizing production and spare parts logistics.
- Monitor scheduled delivery timelines and implement proactive strategies in case of discrepancies.
- Track modifications in the bill of materials in conjunction with development, procurement, production, sales, and logistics teams.
- Efficiently plan production and customer deployment timelines.
- Guarantee parts availability throughout the entire supply chain.
- Effectively manage obsolete components and coordinate necessary actions to ensure part availability.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's/Technician in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Production, or Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in parts coordination, logistics, or similar fields.
- Experience in the Motorsport sector is preferred.
- Technical knowledge of drive and vehicle systems.
- Proficient in SAP inventory management systems.
- Strong skills in Excel and data management.
- A collaborative team player with exceptional communication abilities.
- Valid driver's license.
- Fluency in both German and English.
