Roles & Responsibilities
- As a specialist in testing, you will oversee the assessment and evaluation of electrical installations, safety power supplies, fire alarm systems, and hazard detection mechanisms in various types of buildings.
- Your role involves preparing detailed expert assessments regarding the safety conditions of these systems in collaboration with clients.
- You will provide guidance to clients on a wide range of electrical engineering matters.
- This position offers a diverse and engaging role within the entire Real Estate sector, granting you access to unique areas of expertise.
- Your responsibilities will include conducting on-site evaluations of systems alongside clients, focusing on local regulations and requirements.
- Throughout your tenure, you will receive mentorship from seasoned professionals and partake in comprehensive technical training and ongoing education. Regular team meetings will foster internal collaboration.
Experience & Qualifications
- A degree in Engineering or a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering is essential.
- Previous experience in the design, maintenance, or construction of electrical systems as a specialist is advantageous.
- Familiarity with relevant technical standards (e.g., DIN, VDE, VDI) and legal frameworks is required.
- A structured approach to work, a commitment to continuous learning, and a strong work ethic are necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a confident and assertive presence, are important.
- A valid Class B driver's license is required.
