Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate product placement and pricing, maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide innovative solutions to meet their needs, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
  • Operate woodworking machines safely and efficiently, adhering to company standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail or trade industry, with a strong understanding of building materials and a willingness to learn.
