About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Architect/Engineer for Technical Consulting and Procurement Taxation in Municipal Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical consulting services to our clients in the public sector, including project management, procurement, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical consulting services to clients in the public sector, including project management, procurement, and taxation.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop solutions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations for project implementation.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and risk management.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates and final project evaluations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, including communication and stakeholder management.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical consulting, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement laws and regulations, including public sector procurement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
