Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced (Assistant) Manager (m/w/d) to join our team at our Viersen location. As a key member of our audit and assurance team, you will be responsible for leading and executing audit engagements, providing expert advice to clients, and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute audit engagements, including financial statement audits, internal control reviews, and due diligence assignments.
- Provide expert advice to clients on financial reporting, accounting, and regulatory matters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address client needs, and to develop new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in audit and assurance.
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in audit and assurance, preferably with a Big Four firm.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of German GAAP and IFRS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
