Digital Insights Analyst

Cognizant Netcentric is seeking a highly skilled Digital Analyst to join our team. As a Digital Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us leverage cutting-edge technology to create memorable digital experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with internal stakeholders to gain a deeper understanding of their data needs and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Work closely with product teams to improve product offerings and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain product reports to guide the product owner and team.
- Utilize SQL and data querying skills to derive insights from data and inform business decisions.
- Consult on projects related to tracking and measuring customer touchpoints.
- Advocate for customers by creating Analytics, Data Management, and Customer Data Platform solutions.
- Model business processes in data architecture for analysis and optimization.
- Attend workshops and be prepared for 50% onsite travel to Frankfurt.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, customer service, or e-commerce.
- Understanding of digital marketing and customer experience.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, Data Studio, and Looker.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud BigQuery, SQL, and Tealium Tag Management.
- Experience working in customer experience in travel or retail industries.
- Experience with chat assistants and technology data management.
