Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining content management systems (CMS) for our reinsurance underwriting manual.
- Supporting local offices worldwide with content change requests.
- Collaborating with various departments to enhance our underwriting manual.
- Developing and maintaining web-based applications.
- Gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Implementing responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Providing technical support for CMS and web-based applications.
We expect you to have:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT programming, focusing on content management systems.
- A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in web-based applications development, including HTML/CSS.
- A basic understanding of machine learning concepts.
- Knowledge of medical underwriting (primary insurance and/or reinsurance).
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and the .NET Framework.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Business fluent in German and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
