We are currently in search of a Private Customer Advisor (m/f/d) to enhance our Financial Consulting team within the Media Sales division.

Your responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the customer base by leveraging existing customer insights and identifying new opportunities
- Provide thorough support and advisory services for a designated portfolio, focusing on investments, funds, and cross-selling
- Conduct hybrid consultations (both online and in-person at our branches)
- Engage proactively with customers to build trust and foster loyalty
What we seek:
- Completed banking apprenticeship with further qualifications as a Bank Specialist or an equivalent degree
- Experience in private customer consulting, investment advisory, and securities trading
- Strong skills in customer acquisition, service orientation, and a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in new media, IT skills, and a collaborative spirit
