Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales Operations: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
- Market Price Analysis: Conduct thorough market price analyses for various stores and countries to inform pricing strategies.
- Commercial Conditions Management: Manage and record commercial conditions data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Pricing Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the sales team to implement pricing strategies and commercial conditions in our pricing tool.
- Margin Control: Monitor and control margins for all shops, ensuring optimal pricing and revenue growth.
- Commercial Analysis: Conduct commercial analyses for new brands and products, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Price Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize prices to ensure competitiveness and revenue growth.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and overviews for various stakeholders, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Education: Currently enrolled in a German University for at least one more year.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiar with marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Soft Skills: Results-driven, proactive, analytical thinker, team player, reliable, structured, and diligent.
- Language Skills: Business proficiency in English (C1), proficiency in German (B2).
- Availability: 20 hours per week available for this role.
