Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business insights and strategic decision making through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
    • Develop and maintain robust data models and reporting capabilities to support business decision making.
    • Design and implement scalable data collection, processing, and storage procedures to enable comprehensive insights.
  • Data Governance and Quality
    • Establish and maintain strong data governance processes to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Develop and implement data quality control plans to identify and address data inconsistencies.
  • Business Partnership and Communication
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
    • Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and effective reporting.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
    • Proven 5-7 years of working experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Strong expertise in data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
    • Proficient with reporting packages, databases, and programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R.
    • Hands-on expertise in using state-of-the-art analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, and more.
  • Soft Skills
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
