About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Developer to join our team at Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC. As a key member of our Application Development team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of applications that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performance applications using.NET and C#
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards for software development
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in.NET/C# development and actively seek opportunities for professional growth and learning

Requirements

  • 5+ years of development experience
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles
  • Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle, including database design, optimization, and query optimization
  • Skilled in front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, including deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment
  • Knowledge of source control systems like Git and experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes
