Position Summary

  • Oversee and manage both domestic and international logistics operations
  • Guarantee punctual deliveries to various project sites across the country
  • Track shipment timelines and coordinate logistics schedules

  • Prepare all essential shipping paperwork autonomously
  • Serve as a liaison for vendors and clients
  • Maintain adherence to stringent quality standards and safety protocols
  • Handle and document claims for transport-related damages
  • Coordinate supply chain activities while considering import, export, and customs laws
  • Enhance and refine the logistics management sector
  • Engage in route analysis through bidding, contracting, and oversight
  • Report directly to the management of the department

Required Qualifications

  • Completed training as a logistics agent or equivalent credentials, with a preference for transport business administration
  • Extensive experience in heavy transport and project logistics via maritime and land routes is preferred
  • High reliability, resilience, teamwork, and adaptability
  • Goal-oriented approach, assertiveness, excellent communication skills, and organizational capabilities
  • Strong commitment to quality
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Skilled in MS Office applications
