### Job Title: Senior Java Developer

#### About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team at Optimus Search. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Java-based microservices.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement Java microservices in our Kubernetes cluster
* Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and testing
* Process large amounts of data from networked devices in real-time using an event-based system (Kafka)
* Collaborate with the team to discuss new solutions and troubleshoot issues
* Ensure high-quality software through thorough testing, documentation, and support

#### Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* Several years of professional experience with Java
* Knowledge of Spring Boot, Quarkus, Docker, Kubernetes, Mongo, Postgres/Oracle, Kafka, GIT, and Maven is a plus
* Strong proficiency in German and English
