Your Responsibilities:

Overseeing railway and earthworks projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost-efficient execution across all construction tradesLeading project stakeholders while considering all economic, technical, and safety-related factorsCoordinating work preparation, planning, technology, and project settlementCreating technically sound and economically feasible construction phase strategies in close collaboration with work preparationManaging and supervising the acceptance of subcontractor services, including claims management

Your Qualifications:

Completed degree in civil engineering with extensive experience in managing infrastructure projectsProficient in relevant construction software (e.g., RIB iTWO)Strong organizational abilities, self-motivation, initiative, and focused actionWillingness to travel within GermanyExcellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
