Construction Site Supervisor / Foreman (m/f/d) specializing in Structural Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing construction activities within the structural and reinforced concrete sectors
• Coordinating personnel, machinery, materials, and subcontractor logistics while ensuring compliance with technical specifications and timelines
• Acting as the main point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers on-site
• Assisting with project invoicing and financial oversight
• Independently preparing regular reports on construction progress
• Organizing and directing assigned workers, along with assessing their performance

Qualifications:

• Completed technical training in construction, with additional qualifications as a construction site supervisor or certified foreman, or a master's degree in construction
• Extensive experience in infrastructure projects, particularly in structural engineering
• Valid SIVV certification is advantageous but not essential
• Strong leadership abilities, teamwork orientation, and a sense of responsibility
• Mandatory Class B driver's license
