IT Infrastructure Specialist

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as a liaison between the central IT department and external service providers, addressing inquiries from staff members. Utilize a ticketing system for the internal documentation of all requests. Provide comprehensive support for all IT-related inquiries, encompassing both first and second-level assistance. Oversee the installation, configuration, and setup of hardware and software within both Windows and Linux environments, including user training for new hires as part of the onboarding process. Manage devices, accounts, and licenses in addition to user helpdesk support. Monitor all systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.YOUR PROFILE:
Completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration. Possess solid practical knowledge of MS Windows (Client & MS Office) along with foundational understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, networking, software distribution, and ITIL. Strong analytical and conceptual skills. Enjoy collaborating with colleagues across various departments and thrive in a diverse task environment within a small team. Proficient in both German and English. A valid driving license is necessary. Personality is paramount.WE OFFER:
