Wir suchen nach talentierten Data Analysten, die sich in unserem Unternehmen weiterentwickeln und ihre Fähigkeiten in der Data-Branche einsetzen möchten. Als Trainee Data Consultant werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und haben die Möglichkeit, Ihre Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten in verschiedenen Projekten anzuwenden.

Aufgaben
  • Entwickeln Sie innovative Dashboards mit Tools wie Tableau und Power BI, um komplexe Daten zu visualisieren und Entscheidungsprozesse zu revolutionieren.
  • Unterstützen Sie bei der Planung, Implementierung und Skalierung von komplexen Datenprojekten in der Cloud, um flexible und skalierbare Datenlösungen zu ermöglichen.
  • Arbeiten Sie eng mit unseren Auftraggebern zusammen, um ihre Bedürfnisse zu verstehen und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Leiten Sie kleine Datenprojekte von der Konzeption bis zur Ausführung, inklusive Anforderungsmanagement und Stakeholder-Koordination.
  • Führen Sie Trainings und Workshops durch und unterstützen Sie unsere Kundinnen und Kunden dabei, das volle Potenzial ihrer Daten auszuschöpfen.
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Kenntnisse oder erste Erfahrungen im Data-Umfeld (z. B. Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python) von Vorteil
  • Konzeptionelles Denkvermögen sowie Kommunikationsstärke
  • Spaß an analytischen Fragestellungen und daran, diese in klare und überzeugende Analysen zu übersetzen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch
