Position Overview
This position is focused on the management and oversight of diverse stakeholder initiatives and enterprises within the TEAG Group. Key responsibilities encompass performing business evaluations, tracking performance metrics, aiding in strategic decision-making, offering counsel on financial and legal issues, and engaging in acquisition and divestiture processes. Project management will also play a significant role in this position.- Investment controlling (business evaluations, performance tracking, investment oversight, reporting, and enhancement of the reporting framework)
- Supporting stakeholders across various companies
- Providing expert advice on financial, tax, and legal considerations
- Engaging in acquisition, divestiture, and transformation initiatives
- Project management responsibilities
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in business administration or a related discipline
- Previous experience, ideally within the energy sector, tax consultancy, or auditing
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, company valuation, and investment assessment
- Fundamental understanding of corporate and commercial law
- Ability to work independently
- Professional and approachable demeanor
- Entrepreneurial outlook
- Valid driver's license Class B
