Position Overview:

As a Nursing Practice Instructor at FRESENIUS HELIOS HOSPITALS, you will play a crucial role in fostering the development of nursing apprentices through effective practical training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate in the facilitation of hands-on training at our healthcare facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with required training hours for apprentices and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff on the wards during practical training sessions.
  • Organize and engage in practical training activities, performance evaluations, and assessments.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of practical days and projects for apprentices, actively participating in patient care during training exercises.
  • Oversee and guide interns in the recruitment of apprentices and the mentorship of volunteers in social services.
  • Assist with administrative tasks in collaboration with the central practice instructor.
Candidate Profile:
  • Possession of a state license as a Health Care Professional with recognized advanced training as a Practice Instructor.
  • Demonstrated professional and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and with a sense of responsibility.
  • Alignment with the strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Strong commitment, engagement, and effective communication abilities.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet training needs.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and knowledge sharing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
