Requirements

S/4 HANA Program / Project Manager

  • Possess a broad business acumen, including stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and flexibility
  • Exhibit proficiency in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and insights to varied audiences
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal capabilities and effective written and verbal communication skills in German and English (minimum B2 level), with readiness for project-related travel
  • Show a track record of success in overseeing projects and programs, including extensive SAP initiatives across multiple regions, with experience in ECC and S/4 HANA
  • Capable of guiding teams in intricate environments, involving various vendors, complex client frameworks, and globally distributed teams
  • Exhibit expertise in collaborating with international teams and leading consultant groups both locally and remotely
  • Possess thorough knowledge of establishing effective program frameworks that integrate IT, Business, and Change components
  • Ability to define structured program delivery methodologies and execute them proficiently
  • Skilled in presenting value-driven propositions, managing program budgets, and delivering persuasive proposals to clients
