Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Transaction Manager, der unsere Immobilientransaktionen erfolgreich vorantreibt.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Identifizierung von Zielstädten und -regionen sowie Akquisition geeigneter Grundstücke und Projekte
  • Aufbau-, Ausbau und Pflege von Netzwerken zu relevanten Marktakteuren
  • Recherche und Analyse von Markt- und Standortdaten, der projektrelevanten Kennzahlen sowie von planungsrechtlichen und baurechtlichen Gegebenheiten
  • Stärken-Schwächen-Analyse mit anschließender Ableitung und Umsetzung der daraus folgenden Konsequenzen
  • Projektleitungsfunktion vom Initial über Machbarkeitsstudien und Projektkonzeption bis zur Projektplanung
  • Gespräche mit Grundstücksverkäufern und anderen Stakeholdern, insbesondere auch Kommunen und Behörden
  • Eigenständige Koordination und Begleitung der Ankaufs-Due-Diligence
  • Eigenständige Verhandlung von Exklusivitätsvereinbarungen und Grundstückskaufverträgen
  • Case-Studies, Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen, Sensitivitätsanalysen
  • Aufbereitung von Informationen und Fakten in entscheidungsfähiger Qualität
Voraussetzungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (betriebs- oder immobilienwirtschaftlich, technisch oder mathematisch)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Bereich Transactions, M&A, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Real Estate Consulting, Bau oder ähnlichem
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis und Interesse an den wirtschaftlichen Abwägungen innerhalb eines Immobilienunternehmens
  • Strukturiertes und analytisches Denken und Handeln
  • Verständnis für die rechtlichen Zusammenhänge und Fragestellungen des Immobilien-/Grundstücks- und Projektentwicklungsgeschäfts
  • Eigeninitiatives und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insb. MS Excel
