About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage project teams, including identifying and assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and monitoring progress
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including identifying and addressing any issues or concerns

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, or Trello
