Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Building Technician (m/w/d) to enhance our operations at Linck Holzverarbeitungstechnik GmbH.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop designs for steel and reinforced concrete structures, utilizing both 3D modeling and 2D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD)
- Generate formwork and reinforcement drawings, along with construction plans for steel frameworks
- Conduct quantity take-offs and mass calculations, creating detailed parts lists
- Engage actively in ongoing improvement initiatives
- Perform onsite measurements in collaboration with international clients
- Liaise with external contractors
- Work closely with other designers and departments to ensure project success.
Candidate Profile:
- Completed education as a construction draftsman, technical designer, or building technician, or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience
- Proficient in a 3D CAD design system
- Familiarity with BIM planning is advantageous
- Strong interest in process optimization and enthusiasm for innovative working methods and digital transformation
- Competent in MS Office applications.
