Sales Export Associate (m/f/d) - Area: Commerce SupportKey Responsibilities- Delivering exceptional customer service through phone and email communication in both German and English.
- Coordinating projects across domestic and international locations.
- Preparing quotes and order confirmations, including pricing discussions with the Sales Export Manager.
- Managing credit insurance applications in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints effectively.
- Overseeing payment processes and potentially suspending deliveries in consultation with management.
- Assisting in monthly and annual sales forecasting.
- Participating in audits and trade exhibitions as required.
- Completed commercial training, ideally within the industrial sector.
- Knowledge of products and markets in the food industry is beneficial.
- A strong interest in food and nutrition.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software.
- Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- A detail-oriented, customer-centric approach to work.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A collaborative spirit and a commitment to sales excellence.
