We are seeking an expert to join our consortium for a new EIB project, "JASPERS on-site consultancy for institutional strengthening in Ukraine." The selected individual will carry out the assignment, working closely with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct institutional strengthening activities in Ukraine, focusing on health sector development.
  • Collaborate with public administrations and national organizations in the EU and EU pre-accession countries.
  • Provide advisory services, leveraging expertise in EU/IFI procedures related to environmental and social impact assessments, economic appraisal of projects, and international procurement standards.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, preferably with a specialization in health.
  • Proficiency in English and proven experience working with public administrations and/or national organizations in the EU and EU pre-accession countries.
  • At least 5 years of international experience in advisory, preferably in the health sector.
