Biological Laboratory Technician

Laboratoires Réunis, a leading diagnostic laboratory with over 50 years of expertise, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Technique Médical de Laboratoire. Our laboratory processes an average of 3,500 samples per day, and we are committed to delivering high-quality results with precision and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:- Work in the molecular biology department of infectious diseases.
- Receive and process samples.
- Perform routine analyses, including DNA extraction, quantification, and PCR.
- Operate laboratory equipment, including maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures, forms, and specific procedures for equipment.
- Use laboratory software, including document management and complaint handling.
- Order reagents and consumables necessary for laboratory operations.
- Participate in daily quality control activities, including interlaboratory testing for various parameters.
- Assist the laboratory manager or deputy laboratory manager during internal and external audits.
- Maintain laboratory facilities.
- Degree in a medical field, such as ATM de laboratoire, laboratory technician, or equivalent.
- Professional recognition and authorization to practice in Luxembourg.
- Experience in molecular biology and PCR is an asset.
- Experience in quality management (ISO15189) is a plus.
- Good knowledge of German, French, and/or English is desired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and experience with laboratory software is an asset.
- Rigorous and autonomous, with the ability to work in a team, resist stress, and be flexible.
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules and respect for procedures in place in the laboratory.
