Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of quotations and the processing of orders.
  • Support the development and execution of sales initiatives.
  • Manage various administrative responsibilities.

This role is initially offered on a fixed-term basis.

Candidate Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in the Erfurt region, preferably in a business or commercial discipline.
  • Alternatively: Completed vocational training in a technical or commercial field.
  • Interest in a part-time opportunity within a dynamic and innovative organization.
  • Preferably, some practical experience in technical or sales environments through internships or student roles.
  • Structured approach to work and strong communication abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with a business mindset and an affinity for technology.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP R/3 is advantageous.
  • Good command of the German language.
