Job Title: Electronics Quality Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Quality Engineer to join our team at 4Chain Consulting. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in the production of electronic components and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality-related procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
